CDM Co-Ordination
PDM Consultants have a pro-active approach to CDM Co-ordination and the management/administration of all aspects of the construction design and management regulations 2007.
Our view is that the CDM Co-ordinator should become an integral member of the Project Team assisting and making a contribution to the success of a project.
PDM Consultants calls on the experience of personnel from architectural, surveying and contracting backgrounds, to provide a thorough understanding of design processes, construction methods, health and safety issues and relevant legislation which are all essential for effective CDM Co-ordination.

PDM is a corporate member of the Association for Project Safety, and currently has three qualified CDM Co-ordinators. PDM Consultants have been Planning Supervisors/CDM Co-ordinators on a wide range of projects including new industrial units, the restoration of historic and Grade I listed buildings, residential developments, healthcare, offices, shops, concert halls and school refurbishment work.
PDM Consultants are able to offer workshops to clients, contractors or designers on their responsibilities under the Construction (Design & Management) Regulations 2007, and on health and safety issues in construction.
